Synesthesia affects just 2% of people. I'm one of them. To me, music has color, numbers have personalities, and words have taste. As a kid, I was anxious that no one else could see what I saw. So I became a writer to show them.
I started with Marvel and Netflix. Then a founder friend told me he didn't know how to pitch his company. I realized every leader feels what I once did… unable to make others see.
